Bohle have introduced a new design compact twin-belt arising machine. The heavy-duty machine encompasses a new short belt design & is purpose-made for high volume quality straight arrissing especially for pre-toughening production. Several key features have been added to the machine to make it a highly efficient whilst ensuring edge quality is consistent. These include a fast & simple adjustment for the glass thickness from 3-20mm, pneumatic belt tension control & filtered belt cooling for prolonged belt life. The new compact machine can operate equally well on silicone carbide or diamond belts due to its high speed powerful motors 15-30m/second. A range of additional optional equipment is also available including table extensions, water collection tanks in 3 sizes, corner edging devices & large support rollers for heavy & larger glass sheets.
