The introduction of new crystal components is one of the quests of EU companies nowadays. The work behind this introduction includes the evaluation of these components and their possible safety hazard to man and the environment. Finding the solutions to these problems was part of the CRAFT project - undertaken to give SMEs the possibility to carry out investigations, supplying them with the necessary information that they would not have obtained otherwise.
