Banking On Glass In Poland

Bydgoszcz, situated on the river Brda in north Poland, is home to the regional headquarters of the BRA Bank. Essentially, the bank is composed of two vaulted structures, one made of glass and the other of terracotta tiles. Its composition is a deliberate attempt by the architects to construct an edifice in keeping with old, heavy, brick and timber-framed grain warehouses still on the riverside.
