Automated Mass Spectrometer For Analysis Of Gas Bubbles In Glass

The composition of gaseous bubbles in glass can be used to identify their sources, if data are available on a large number of those defects. Automated mass spectrometer instrumentation having both high throughput and excellent detection capability is required for this analysis.
