Auto Regulation In Vial Production

SPAMI has implemented an auto-adjustment system to effect improved quality of glass products such as vials and carpules. Auto-adjustment is a system that forms a basic and integral part of this company's inspection and adjustment system, facilitated through sensors for measuring and featuring the finished product in the forming machine, and electromechanical actuators which partly modify the forming process. The achieved result is a noticeable reduction of production rejects - by 60% over the total reject quantity - and the improvement of product quality.
