Arcoroc Develops New Glass Technology

Specialist in hospitality glassware Arcoroc has developed "Edge Plus" technology for its Axiom range. Specialists in catering glassware, Arcoroc (an Arc International group brand) has developed for its clients an innovation known as Edge Plus. This process makes glasses stronger and reduces the risk of cracked glasses. Indeed, the drinking rims of glasses made using this new technology is up to 50% stronger than that on a standard glass (the drinking rim is the surround of the opening of the glass, i.e. the part in direct contact with the lips).
