The HQ Building Abu Dhabi is an iconic landmark, thanks to its truly unconventional shape. This area is currently undergoing serious development, with projects for offices, hotels, commerce, residential and leisure facilities at Al Raha Beach. The building, developed in accordance with the requirements of the US Green Building Council Assessment System LEED, covers a total gross floor area of 61,900 square meters, and has a diameter of 120.9 meters with a depth of 36.4 meters in the centre, and 10 meters at the edge.
