Architecture And Glass: Efficient Interplay

At international level, modern architecture is, to a key extent, influenced by spacious glass facades, which create not only maximum transparency, but also assume diverse functions to ensure efficiency and convenient utilisation. Their use, however, is not entirely without problems, which can be caused by cold air in the winter and overheating in the summer. All aspects need to be thought through and controlled carefully before installation, as described in this paper.
