Arc International, the French global glass tableware specialist, has acquired its main wholesaler in Spain. The business is Eneriz, and Arc says it has made the acquisition to better control the penetration of its products in various distribution channels, to expand its range of products and services, and to increase customer service levels to reinforce its market position in Spain. A growth strategy based on redeploying its commercial structure internationally, diversifying its product offer and optimising production tools is currently underway at Arc. Eneriz employs 470 people, mainly in sales and logistics, and has an annual turnover of Euros 110M. It is based in the city of Saragossa and serves Portugal as well as Spain for Arc. (whole item)
