Application Of Contact Microradiography By Means Of Fluorescence Radiation To The Study Of Some Problems In The Glass Industry

This technique has been used to identify heterogeneity and defects in glass. Results are given on the identification of Ni in black trails observed in a soda-lime glass, and the determination of Fe as the colouring element in a green glass.
