The first extensive UK exhibition of glass installations by Dale Chihuly, the internationally acclaimed American artist will be on display this summer at the Victoria and Albert museum in London. The exhibition will showcase the wide diversity of forms developed by Dale and will run from the museum's main entrance through the ground floor galleries, culminating in a dramatic glass installation in the museum's Pirelli Garden. To accompany the exhibition, a range of other activities has been designed to introduce the spectrum of glass practice to museum visitors. One such activity involves mobile glassblowers who will demonstrate the dynamic processes of glassblowing in the Pirelli Garden. Contact the V&A tel: 0207 942 2000
