[Algeria] New Flat Glass Plant

It was reported in the El-Khabar newspaper on 29 January 2007 that Cevital, a leading Algerian food processing group, will set up a flat glass manufacturing plant. The plant would produce 760,000 tons a year, 60% of which will be exported to Europe, in particular to vehicle manufacturers, Mr. Asaad Rabrab said.
