Alcan Partnership Produces Glass Vial Machines

Alcan Pharmaceutical Packaging is now able to produce MF30 glass vial machines thanks to its partnership with New Couquelet Engineering. The MF30 machine is a 30-station glass vial machine that produces vials from hollow glass tubes for the medical and pharmaceutical industries. The machine can be equipped with a vision control system and a large capacity tube loader for high speed production. Alcan Pharmaceutical Packaging operates 12 sites throughout Europe and N America. In 2005, it reinforced its position as a glass vail producer with the acquisition of the Veramic plant in Belgium.
