Advances In Modern Wet Chemical Analysis Of Soda-Lime-Silica Glasses

The paper reports advances in wet chemical analysis of soda-lime-silica glasses, based on the work of the DGG's Glass analysis subcommittee, during the last 5 years. Where gravimetric determinations were used, photometric, electrically indicated titrimetric and flame analytical methods are preferred now. These methods are much quicker, more reliable and precise.
