Abbseal Owner Makes Norman & Underwood Acquisition

Abbseal (UK) Ltd has announced that with immediate effect it has taken management control of the glass processing and merchanting operations of Norman & Underwood (Eastern) Ltd, based at Kings Lynn in Norfolk. Abbseal's owner, Epic Reconstruction, made the acquisition.
