2013 marks the 10th anniversary of Bovone Diamond Tools (BDT). Since its creation in 2003, the company's workforce has increased from 12 to 25 people, producing 30,000 tools. This includes all types of grinding wheels for glass processing, from metal- and resin-bonded cup wheels for all bevelling and edging machines to a complete range of peripheral wheels for CNC machines and routers. Customers can benefit from technical support through a detailed technical handbook, for example, as well as by attending training and refresher courses at BDT;s facilities. particular attention is paid to the development of different tools. Currently, BDT offers seven different types of binders for resin cup wheels, as well as the GOLDNET router, an exclusive GDT product for the laminated glass cutting sector.
