Allied create a new environmentally responsible bottle for Curio

Allied Glass has created a new glass bottle for Curio Spirits’ Wild Coast Gin and Cardamom Vodka brands.

The new packaging is manufactured in standard flint, replacing the former extra white flint packaging, to include recycled content in the bottle and reduce its carbon footprint to meet the brand’s wish to be more environmentally responsible.

As well as the change to standard flint glass, Curio also used recyclable wooden stoppers and printed the new labels on recyclable paper.

Speaking on the new bottle, Curio Spirits’ Rubina Tyler-Street said:

“Our aim was to make our entire pack more environmentally friendly, as well as being locally sourced, the new bottles are lighter than our previous containers and therefore require less fuel to transport.”
